Seun is a Senior Associate at the Firm. He is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University (Formerly University of Ife), the University of Calgary (Canada) and the Harvard Law School with two LL.M Degrees from both International Institutions (Energy, natural Resources and Environmental Law & International Finance). He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005.

His areas of expertise include Business and Commercial Law, Energy and Natural Resources Law, Corporate Finance, Taxation Law, Risk Management and Compliance. He has also had various specialized training in the areas of Oil and Gas Law and Energy Law (Power).

Prior to his position at the firm he worked as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist (Privacy) at ATB Financial, Edmonton, Canada, and had been part of other transactions for our Clients.
