Sampson Ebomhe is the Managing Partner of the Abuja office of George Etomi and Partners. He has a special interest in Telecommunications, General Corporate/Commercial Law, Government Regulatory Services and providing Policy Formulation and Draft Legislation Services for the National Assembly.


He has been involved in various high profile transactions representing clients in the telecommunications, maritime and sports sectors. Mr. Ebomhe has acted as lead adviser to the National Assembly in the drafting of legislation dealing with the emerging telecommunication market in Nigeria.  He similarly led the advisory team for the restructuring of the Nigerian League Management Committee (NLMC) and drafted the league regulations. Mr. Ebomhe has also been active in the privatization market acting on behalf of government in its divestiture from major public companies in the energy and building sectors of the economy as well as the concession of the Anambra Bonded Container Terminal.
