Ademola Ayoade Adeniran was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007. He has been professionally groomed at GE&P, since he left the employment of the Nasarawa State’s Ministry of Justice, Lafia, in December, 2007.

He has been involved in numerous Civil Law Litigation, which include (but is not limited to) Corporate and Commercial Law Matters, Labour Law Matters, Maritime, Aviation, Sports (Football), Power, Matrimonial Causes, Property Law, most especially as a Defence Counsel. He has worked with and advise State Prosecutors in achieving a successful Prosecution in Criminal Litigation.

In his years of practice, he has consulted on variety of Legal issues for Hawthorn Suites (by Wyndham Hotels Group, U.S.A), the Nigerian Security Printing and Minting Plc., Nigerian Telecommunications Limited, Abuja Investments Limited, Abuja Markets Management Company Ltd., the Transnational Corporation of Nigeria Plc., the League Management Company, United Airlines, the Nigerian Football Association/Nigerian Football Federation, (Power) Transmission Company of Nigeria, Eko Electricity Distribution Plc., Urban Shelter Group of Companies, Van-Oord Nigeria Limited, the Honourable Minister for Sports, the Director-General of the National Sports Commission, the European Commission [Directorate-General for Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection (ECHO)], as well as numerous Legal Entities and Individuals.
