PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
Sampson Ebomhe is a partner with the law firm of George Etomi and Partners. He has a special interest in Telecommunications, General Corporate/Commercial Law, Government Regulatory Services and providing Policy Formulation and Draft Legislation Services for the National Assembly.
He has been involved in various high profile transactions representing clients in the telecommunications sector. Mr. Ebomhe has also acted as lead adviser to the National Assembly in the drafting of legislation dealing with the emerging telecommunication market in Nigeria. Mr. Ebomhe has also been active in the privatization market acting on behalf of government in its divestiture from major public companies in the energy and building sectors of the economy.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Graduated from the University of Benin in 1987 (LL.B Hons).
Admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1988.
