PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
Nwagu, Chimereije Kenneth is a Solicitor with George Etomi and Partners, Port Harcourt. He has been involved in various aspects of litigation and has experience in matters relating to Maritime law, Commercial and Property Law, and Oil and Gas Law. He has also worked closely with various multi national companies, mediating between them and thier host communities.
He has special interest in Human Rights Law with a bias for the Law relating to vulnerable persons, Social and Health Law, Cabotage Law, Banking and Finance Law, Alternative Dispute Resolutions and Commercial Negotiations.He is also actively involved in in-house solicitorship like drafting of Conveyances, writing Legal opinion, Drafting of Bills and Legislative proposals.
