PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
Isoboye Nonju (Soby) is an Associate Solicitor at George Etomi & Partners. She also serves as the Personal Assistant to the Principal Partner, Mr. George Etomi. Soby’s practice areas include corporate commercial law practice (e.g. maritime, company secretarial practice, etc); wills; ADR; and sustainable development projects.
She started her career with a project work on “Admiralty Jurisdiction Under Nigerian Laws” as research student at Messrs Babajide Koku & Co. Law Firm in 1999, and in 2001 she did her Law School Attachment Program with Messrs. Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie. She joined George Etomi & Partners as a National Youth Corper in 2002 and was retained upon completion of the one year exercise.
