Corporate Restructuring

With the emerging trend of corporate re-organisation, we have actively participated in the re-structuring and re-engineering of a major brewery, top dairy concern and an international construction company amongst others. We adopt a constructive, creative and commercial approach to the different problems of our clients and we advise and facilitate the development of business cultures and proceed accordingly, taking account of the practical aspects of each restructuring  and advising on suitable solutions.

Telecommunications

This Department brings together a group of Lawyers who have provided first class service at the cutting edge of Telecommunications sector. We acted for the first mobile Telecommunications provider in Nigeria and have since also acted for Clients involved in the GSM mobile telecommunication sector. Recently we acted for a consortium bidding for the National Telephone Company. We also work closely with the National Legislature as Lead Legal Adviser in policy formulation and preparing draft legislation for the Telecommunications sector.
