Oil and Gas

The Oil & Gas Group has been actively involved in Energy matters providing our Clients with a long history  of experience, dedication to excellence and value added service. We have an advantage and competitive edge with our  Port Harcourt office which is sited in the heart of the nation's oil producing region.

We have represented clients on various matters including but not limited to taking over oil concessions, procurement and regularization of oil prospecting licences, legal documentation for funding and acquisition of project sites for a private petrochemical company, provision of legal services and obtaining necessary clearances for a sub-contractor involved in the construction of the 4th refinery at Eleme, Rivers State.
